The year was 1996 and the Myntz company founder went to the dentist for his usual check-up. He was shocked to hear that his mouth was full of cavities! The dentist helped him realize that the sugar-laden mints he ate several times a day for fresh breath were ultimately causing tooth decay and even making his bad breath worse!
His dentist explained that little mints in tins were becoming very popular, but the sugar-based mints held within these tins were wreaking havoc on teeth. The coffee and cola swigging crowd was popping these sugary breath mints at alarming rates. But instead of fighting bad breath, the candy-like mints only compounded the problem!
The sugar-based mints deposited sugar residue on unassuming teeth and gums, creating the perfect place for smelly bacteria to grow. The bacteria could then quickly reproduce, generating more bad breath, defeating the purpose of eating the mint in the first place!

My wife and I have suffered from migraines for years. Peppermint oil is a natural way to reduce the pain and get rid of the nausea. As a registered Nurse I can little afford to be sidelined by a migraine and have to be careful about what I take. Your Myntz have been a life saver. I can pop a couple and function without taking other drugs that have side effects that could potentially put my patients in jeopardy. I have shared these with other nurses and they all agree. The added benefit is that our patients have nurses with fresh breath.
I recently started to eat a lot healthier -- more proteins and veggies. I decided to exclude sugar from my diet but in short order realized the implications of such a decision, it's called HALITOSIS! Love it! Refreshing! The former marbled-design tin cans looked better than the current tins. Current tins need to have appealing look. The marble pattern was awesome to many of my students. They asked me where I got it....I saved it for years. They were surprised of the weak design of the current one and wouldn't buy it. Interesting.....
I'm from Vancouver, BC and always stock up with Myntz when I go down to Bellingham and shop at Trader Joes. Before Myntz, I wasn't a fan of any kind of breath mints, but these totally rock, and are the only thing that cures coffee breath!!!
The Best Mint In The World!
No other breath mint can compare to these! Why are these not widely available? I used to buy them at a Fred Meyer's in Portland, Oregon and since moving back to New Hampshire I have not seen them anywhere? Why haven't these become more popular???????
I have been struggling to get away from Commit Lozengers for a very long time. I was going nuts trying to find something as minty as what they had put together. Between the aspartame and all the other wonderfully toxic things i was putting in my mouth i was so happy to find this product. It really has changed my life and 5 days later now and i haven't touched one of those Nic replacements at all. I am a Myntz man now. The Commit's were causing tooth decay and these totally are helping my teeth. =)
Wintermynt Blast = Fantastic
Myntz are super crunchy, which I love, and have an extreme flavor. Most myntz are too sugary and not intensely minty enough for my taste. They are one of the few things I am never with out -as important to me as having my cell phone. Hooray for myntz!
I love these "Myntz". Because I have Sjogren's Syndrome, I suffer with chronic dry mouth which can cause excessive dental caries, these "Myntz" have truly been a lifesaver and a tooth saver. And they taste wonderful! I even told my dentist about them and he recommends them to other patients.

I had a stock pile of Myntz that kept me going for a very long time. Recently, I ran out and didn't know where to buy more. So I picked up an average brand mint. They are not the same. Too sweet and they upset my stomach. I can't wait to get my supply of Myntz again! Meetings will again be confident for me!

These Myntz are the best- I mean the BEST mints ever. No chalky residue like the other "tin mints", these leave your mouth refreshed like you just brushed your teeth. They are strong but in a good way. Warning if you share them with your friends they will be hooked too. I now have to fill orders when going to Trader Joes to stock up. I tell the cashier I'm buying for the neighborhood, they all think I'm nuts when I buy 30$ in myntz. . Seriously, these sugar free myntz have no aspartame ( which is hard to come by these days) and if you are allergic like I am to it, you will be so grateful that someone made something that you can eat and enjoy. Personally, I only like Wintermyntz. Green Tea is not my thing and the Vanilla ( not strong or fresh enough for me) Tho my hubby loves the Vanilla. I would LOVE to see a Cinnamyntz. Can I get a job and help you promote your product. I could be like the snapple lady for Myntz.
I use them for work and you can't find better breath protection! They totally block anything offensive I may have for lunch from reaching my players noses. I also find Myntz blocks my nose from the occasional offensive breath that others complain about! I have used them for the past 5 years and love them! My roommate uses them to clear stuffy noses and her workmates have started asking her for them too.
My husband and I are completely hooked on MYNTZ - Wintermint & Vanilla Mint are our favorites.
